TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of digital educational products by:

We operate under the trading name Pattern Health Education.
2. Customer Types
Our products are supplied to healthcare professionals purchasing either as individuals for their own professional development or as representatives of organisations including GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), NHS bodies, private healthcare providers, health charities, educational institutions and equivalent primary care organisations in other jurisdictions.
Individual purchases: Where a product is purchased by an individual healthcare professional for their own professional development rather than on behalf of an organisation, the purchaser confirms they are a qualified or trainee healthcare professional acting in a professional capacity. The licence is personal to the named purchaser. Refund terms for individual purchases are set out in Clause 9.
Institutional purchases: Where a product is purchased on behalf of an organisation, the purchaser confirms they are acting in the course of business and are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the purchasing organisation. Consumer legislation including cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to institutional purchases.
3. Individual Purchases
Where a product is purchased by an individual healthcare professional for their own professional development the following applies:
The licence is personal to the named purchaser and is non-transferable. The purchaser confirms they are a qualified or trainee healthcare professional. The purchaser is responsible for recording and evidencing their own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with their professional revalidation requirements. Pattern Health Education Ltd accepts no liability for any clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals on the basis of programme content.
4. Products
We supply the following digital products:
Online Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) education course: 12 month licence.
Additional products may be offered from time to time. Details will be confirmed at the point of sale.
All products are delivered digitally via Thinkific. No physical goods are supplied.
5. Licence Summary
For individual purchases: Purchase grants a 12 month non-exclusive non-transferable personal licence to the named individual purchaser only.
The individual licence does not permit:
Sharing login credentials with any other person.
Use by anyone other than the named purchaser.
Commercial resale or external teaching.
Redistribution of any programme materials.
For institutional purchases: Licence terms for GP practices, PCNs, health charities, private healthcare providers and equivalent organisations in other jurisdictions are set out in the Practice Licence Agreement which will be provided at the point of institutional sale.
6. Incorporation of Practice Licence Agreement
This clause applies to institutional purchases only. Individual purchasers are not subject to the Practice Licence Agreement.
For institutional purchases, all orders are additionally subject to the Pattern Health Education Ltd Practice Licence Agreement. The Practice Licence Agreement forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into this contract by reference. By completing an institutional purchase the Licensee confirms it has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Practice Licence Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Practice Licence Agreement, the Practice Licence Agreement shall prevail in respect of licence scope and permitted use.
7. Orders and Payment
Orders may be placed:
Via online checkout through our Thinkific platform.
Via invoice issued by Pattern Health Education Ltd for institutional purchases.
Payment terms:
Online purchases: immediate payment required.
Invoice purchases: payment due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access will not be granted until payment is received in cleared funds.
We are not VAT registered.
8. Delivery
Access is granted digitally via Thinkific following successful payment.
For online purchases, access is granted immediately upon receipt of cleared payment. For invoice purchases, access is granted within 2 working days of cleared payment being received.
Access to course content is subject to the availability of the Thinkific platform. Pattern Health Education Ltd is not liable for interruptions to service caused by third party platform providers.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have appropriate IT systems and internet access to use the platform.
Maintaining the security of your own login credentials.
Compliance with your own organisation's governance procedures where applicable.
9. Refund Policy
Individual purchases: Customers may cancel their purchase and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed the course content. By purchasing and accessing the course content, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose your 14-day cancellation right and no refund will be due, except where required by law. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
Institutional purchases: All institutional sales are final. No refunds are available once access has been granted. Refund requests prior to access activation are at our sole discretion and must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of invoice issue. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
10. Intellectual Property
All programme materials remain the intellectual property of Pattern Health Education Ltd. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any materials.
Share materials outside the scope of the licence granted.
Use materials for commercial teaching or resale.
Remove any copyright notices from materials.
All rights are reserved. Pattern Health Education Ltd actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.
11. Educational Nature of Product
All materials are provided for professional educational purposes only. They:
Do not constitute medical advice.
Do not replace clinical judgement.
Do not replace current clinical guidelines, diagnostic criteria or local NHS and organisational policies applicable to the clinician's practice.
Are not intended for use in medical emergencies.
Clinical responsibility remains entirely with the purchaser and where applicable their employing organisation. Pattern Health Education Ltd accepts no liability for any clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals on the basis of programme content.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant product.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses.
We are not liable for clinical decisions, patient outcomes or implementation practices.
We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate IT systems or login security.
We are not liable for interruptions to service caused by third party platform providers.
13. Insurance
We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and business insurance coverage. Details are available upon reasonable written request directed to [email protected]
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Licence terms are breached.
Programme materials are redistributed or shared outside the scope of the licence.
Payment is reversed or remains unpaid.
Login credentials are shared in breach of these Terms.
No refund will be given upon termination for breach.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Your complaint should include:
Your name and contact details.
A description of your concern.
Relevant dates and any supporting information.
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and provide a written response within 14 working days.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to hosting platform outages, cyberattack, internet failure, pandemic, government restriction, supplier disruption or industrial dispute. We will take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as practicable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Practice Licence Agreement where applicable and any invoice issued, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the relevant purchase. They supersede all prior discussions, representations or agreements. No variation shall be effective unless agreed in writing by Pattern Health Education Ltd. The purchaser confirms they have not relied on any representation not expressly set out in these Terms.
19. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our platform. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes materially affect your rights we will provide reasonable notice.
